I honestly can’t thank Diverse Diagnostics enough. My son was really struggling with school and general life and the 2-3 year wait for Cahms seemed impossible for him. Within a few months he was assessed and diagnosed ADHD and started medication. They really seemed to understand and the whole process was simple. He is now thriving and all our life’s are much easier. For us it was life changing.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. The first time I feel we have truly been listened to and all members of the team really took time to get to know their patient, the issues we were having and how their patient could best be helped to achieve their full potential without struggling so much. We are now at the end of the diagnostic process and have been provided with a full comprehensive report with so many reference points for help and support which are suitable for not only adults but children too as well as recommendations for helping the whole family. My only wish is that we had gone through this process earlier can’t thank the team at Diverse Diagnostics enough .

I would highly recommend Diverse Diagnostics. My teenage son was unwilling to speak with anyone about his issues. Dr. Basra and her team’s dedication and empathy got him talking. I’m beyond happy with the quality of care I have received from Diverse Diagnostics. From the initial call, to getting my diagnosis of ADHD and being provided the correct medication the experience has been nothing short of life changing. The Dr's have been brilliant. Both were approachable, professional, and well-versed in how to work with me effectively. Not once did I feel judged or my feelings dismissed. I honestly felt immediately at ease and well understood.The ability to access Mental Health support without the anxiety of being placed on a long NHS waiting list took away so much stress. Now I can finally begin to put my energies into everyday activities and interactions that, prior to my diagnosis, would have felt unachievable and caused unnecessary worry and negative self-talk.The staff whom answear calls are also incredible, providing guidance prior to the initial appointment and explaining the process via both telephone and email. All appointments are arranged to coincide with delivery of my prescription to my chosen pharmacy in time for my next course of treatment. During the titration process the nurse, who is fantastic, encourages an open and frank discussion with me, creating a therapeutic relationship built upon trust and honesty. We used Diverse Diagnostics this Summer for a combined ADHD and ASD assessment for our 14 year old son. We had educational psychology involvement at primary school but since joining secondary school the support system effectively fell apart. Our son was keen to seek a formal diagnosis to better support him through his time in education and beyond and also to help him better understand his own abilities and struggles. The NHS wait was simply too lengthy for us and we decided, after recommendation, to seek the expertise of this company.The process was fairly simple however, the reliance on email communication for forms etc is tedious - not all forms can be completed online and this could be better delivered. In my opinion, the emailed I formation is very text heavy and could be simplified for easier identification of tasks and forms that need to be completed, perhaps a schedule could be presented after initial consultation.Every member of staff we interacted with was incredibly professional - Dr Kiran was our appointed consultant and we had 3 very insightful appointments with him. We expected these all to be very formal and fact finding in nature, in fact they were very informative and insightful for both us and our son. He really did a great job putting us at ease and explaining each step as we encountered it.A face to face ADOS-2 assessment was carried out in Glasgow Medical Rooms where our son had a one to one consultation with Mary Jane Gaffney. This appointment was a real turning point for our son, he felt heard! Finally he was speaking to someone that could understand his thought process and could engage with him on a common ground. We had a very brief discussion with her ourselves and would say that she was incredibly professional and approachable. I can see exactly why Diverse Diagnostics have appointed her in this role. It was upon meeting Mary Jane that we knew we had done the right thing and we felt we had chosen the best company to assess our son. We felt like his diagnostic process was in safe hands as the face to face element was the one thing we thought might be a stumbling block for our son. What a breath of fresh air!It’s a big decision “going private” but it was certainly the best choice for us. The diagnosis is very in depth - nothing is rushed or slap dash. I felt at all times that our sons health and well-being were always at the forefront.I would be confident in recommending the services of Diverse Diagnostics to any parent or also to any adult seeking their own diagnosis.

Diverse Diagnostics provided an excellent service, with a thorough assessment & fulsome report afterwards. I had been waiting for over two years via the NHS, but thankfully was able to get an appointment with DD within a few weeks and to finally have a diagnosis is life changing. I would recommend to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

From beginning to end, they've all been great, from the people I spoke to over the phone to the Doctor who completed my assessment. They were all very nice, professional and informative, they answered all my question and walked me through the next steps.
