Ceri from Forrest Animal Behaviour has helped us so much over the past few months with our 19month old sprocker spaniel boy. We needed help with various issues we have been having including guarding and aggression (towards other dogs and us).Ceri has been fantastic - she listens to the issues and then puts steps in place to resolve them. Her follow-up notes are very detailed and if there is anything that we are struggling on she will suggest alternative approaches to help.We are looking forward to continuing working with Ceri on other areas we want to improve on (e.g. LLW, recall) and we would strongly recommend her to anyone who wants to build a better relationship with their dog

I went to Forrest Animal Behaviour for my dog who was very nervous and, at times, reactive with other dogs.Ever since starting the sessions and following the advice my dogs gone from strength to strength, the improvement has been remarkable.Ceri is very thorough and really takes you through everything, being able to try out the training and get feedback from her was very useful. After sessions I felt confident to continue the training with my dog and the info packs she sends after are useful reminders on the technique.I really can't recommend them enough, my dogs behaviour is completely changed, I can now notice her mood shifts and have techniques to handle different scenarios too.

Ceri has changed the lives of myself and my little pooch Lottie.Lottie arrived 6 months old from Romania knowing only how to live in a small shelter with her siblings and had no human interaction and had learned street dog traits from her mum.She was too scared to go on walks. She escaped her harness twice as she pulled back when frightened. She is terrified of people she doesn’t know- will bark and back away in the house. Wouldn’t get within 10 meters of a person outside the house. She was scared of most forms of touch from anyone else, so vets or groomer visits were completely out the question as I wouldn’t be able to even get her through the door.I also had no idea of what I was doing in all of these situations was right, wrong or somewhere in between.9 months on, working face to face and via video with Ceri, we have improved ALL of this.Lottie now enjoys her walks, as do I. She still gets scared in certain situations, but I now understand her and know the best way to help her through! We’re even practising our loose lead walking nicely. She allows me to touch her all over, getting used to wearing a muzzle (in case ever needed), a medical collar and has a syringe touch her neck back and legs (no needle), which was amazing prep for an unplanned vets trip recently- which she was a superstar for! She dealt with being weighed, temp taken, injections, sedation and small op!She’s such a happier dog and I’m a much happier owner! We’re continuing to work with Ceri on our next big challenge- getting Lottie comfortable to be left home alone. We’re at a solid 15 minutes right now with no barking, which doesn’t sound much, but Lottie couldn’t cope for 15 seconds up until a few weeks ago. I am completely confident Ceri’s guidance will help get over this challenge too!Always there to help, always on time and flexible with time / days of appointments to help me fit them in around work. Always sending me notes and pointers after each session so I can keep on track with progress. Could not recommend highly enough!Thank you Ceri @forrestanimalbehaviour

Cerian has been helping us improve our cocker spaniels separation anxiety. It's a slow process of building things up to help Milo cope but we're already seeing some really good progress from him. She has been very informative and helpful in our sessions and taught us lots of new techniques to help Milo, whilst still giving us the flexibility to leave him alone if we really need to, without undoing his training.

Ceri was really helpful with our dog Peanut. She was thorough and helped us talk through all the problems we’d been having. She is very knowledgeable and gave us lots of helpful explanations on Peanuts behaviour and strategies to help going forward. She was always very approachable and replied quickly. Would 100% recommend.

I am so pleased to have met Ceri at Forrest animal behaviour, it has changed my outlook on my life with my dog Maggie. I can honestly say, I feel so much trust for Ceri and what she does and says, and the support she provides. I can tell she genuinely cares and wants the best for me and Maggie. Trust means a lot to me, and Ceri wants to help me and Maggie move forward in a positive, pain free way and I trust her expertise, knowledge, her care and sincerity.Ceri..... thankyou
