Great experience, I was a little nervous but no need...staff were brilliant, kind, and experienced. Comfortable venue and snacks and drinks were available throughout my 5 hour visit. I would not hesitate to go back.

Did our bit for medical research into how the body ages and travelled to Newcastle. Lovely staff ! Quite an arduous 4to5 hours of scans, lifestyle questionnaires and mental agility tests!

The staff are both friendly and professional as they lead you through a series of scans and measurement. Volunteers are welcomed and respected for their contribution.Lovely sandwiches, salad and fruit supplied with plenty of tea and coffee.

I think it's a very good thing to help researchers for example to find out what sort of symptoms might lead to this or that illness. Unfortunately the MRI scanner was not working today so that part of my appointment didn't happen otherwise it would have got 5 stars.

Staff very helpful and efficient. Waiting times between scans was minimal, which was excellent. Would recommend if you have a chance to get involved, do it for research.
