Lovely new gates manufactured and installed exactly to our specification. Both the sales and installation teams were easy to work with and kept any disturbance to a minimum. Love the automated gates every day, easy to use and clear guidance on what to do if they fail due to power cut. Would highly recommend the team of you are looking for new gates

The team at empire gates recently installed electric gates for us and the service they provided was fantastic. Their knowledge was second to none and they were so professional from the first appointment to provide a quote to the final day of the installation. They completed the installation ahead of schedule and provided lots of advice on how to weather protect the gates. The gates look amazing and would highly recommend the team at empire gates if you are looking to have electric gates installed.

We are really pleased with the gates fitted by Empire Gates. Their price was much better than other firms we got quotes from but the quality just as high. They do a quote instantly on the drive and email it to you. They customised them with extras like timers and battery back up. We live in a notoriously bad phone signal area and they kept coming back and tweaking it until it was right and same with gates when they settled in. Nothing too much trouble and they are always there at the end of the phone like when we had an all day power outage and James got us back up and working again. Highly recommended.

Our automated gates from Empire Gates were installed a year ago. They have regular use and are in perfect working order. Not only do they enhance the look of the property with their bespoke design made to match the stonework and metal work of the existing house, but they also provide security. Sam and James are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend their company.

From quote to completion the process has been efficient. Had a few queries about the configuration of the gates but they were resolved with great communication.The teams who came to fit the gates were considerate, knowledgeable and put thought in to what we needed. And the quality of the product is excellent. Can't recommend them enough. Already had 3 people stop to ask who fitted our gates as they are looking for some.
