Today we had a meeting with manager Heather and a trainee Lauren. My wife and I were slightly nervous about the decisions we were going to make. But we did not have to worry, any questions we had about the Funeral Plans, Heather with all her experience, soon put us right. So it was with great happiness we were very happy to sign up, and gave us a lot of satisfaction that we had done the right thing. Well done to Lauren, who made us a drink, and sat there taking everything in and writing everything down for her training. Thankyou both for all your help. Regards Chris & Brenda Brennan

My wife and I are long term friends of the family and I am also acting executor by supporting the Flower family after the loss of Keith Flower beloved Husband of Valerie.I met with Heather at the Coop Funeral care in Bargates Christchurch and her help support and empathy was amazing. The explanation and clarity of what happens and concise charges gave clear and, although a very difficult time for the family, the choices and options were made easy to understand and choose from, based on exactly what Keith would have wanted.Nothing was too much trouble and we could not have asked for more. The service was professional and respectful throughout the whole process. A big thank you from my wife and I, Valerie and the Flower family for taking care of Keith in your chapel of rest and helping us give him the send off he wanted.A Special thank you to Heather, who helped Valerie through a very difficult time, Jo for managing the timing, logistics and support of the family. Finally, Helen, the celebrant who carefully listened , compiled , communicated and shared the key events, sense of humour, family love and connections during the service that made Keith so very very special to all who knew him.Thank you x
