BBQ Gas London

Been using these people for a few years, they make the whole process so easy. I have a spare (11kg) bottle and when I run out I just swap the new cylinder over and they come to my house within 2 days and swap my empty cylinder with a full one. And their prices are excellent too (much cheaper than garages). Can't praise them enough!

Can't recommend this Company enoughWe ordered the black pyramid patio heater it arrived the next day and the quality is amazing! There was one small part damaged in transit I called customer service they answered in one ring and was so helpful we received our replacement part the very next day! would definitely use again.

Bought a pyramid heater in September 2018 and was extremely impressed with not only the quality of it but the service overall was excellent. Speedy delivery of the pyramid heater and the gas came a couple of days later. The man who delivered the gas even put the bottle in our garden as I wasn't home and my wife couldn't lift it. Would definitely recommend this company and would 100% use them again.

After waiting some weeks for Bullet Patio Heater to be back in stock I was informed by “Gasdepot” of there arrival and immediately ordered. The heater arrived within the 5 day delivery promise, no issues what so ever with order and delivery service. Unfortunately when I unpacked the heater and started assembly the number of faults just started to stack up. Top plate warped and dented, wheels bent, several scratches and sharp edges on main body, ignition switch cracked and flame adjust switch kept falling off. It was absolutely crystal clear that these heaters has been manufactured to meet demand no checks on quantity had been applied very concerning. I am now awaiting collection of faulty item and refund.

Completely impressed! I'm a new customer. I ordered my first tank on a Thursday (paying for shipping) so it would arrive in time for a Sunday BBQ. It arrived Friday as expected and the driver kindly waited while I confirmed it fit under my grill- alas it was too large/tall by an inch.He kindly allowed me to hand the tank back to him and I resolved to get online eventually and order another tank.Much to my surprise, a smaller tank arrived on my doorstep the next morning- a Saturday- without my doing a thing! Utterly impressive, and I had my first BBQ on Sunday after all.

Absolutely outstanding service. Ordered a patio heater after the next day delivery cutoff and it still arrived the next day.Called the staff a couple of times, and they were really helpful. Told me exactly when product would be delivered on the day and gave me a tip on how to connect the hose pipe to the gas regulator (put hose pipe in boiling water for 30 seconds to help it slide on easier).The product itself (13kw patio heater) is great quality, really easy to assemble and was excellent value for money.Really can't recommend highly enough and will definitely be using them again when I need gas refills etc. Thank you!

Really love the finished product - few comments:1) the emails for delivery / redelivery come from e gas cylinder which could be confusing as I assumed just gas only and not the whole heater (gas comes separately) - that said I managed somehow to get the 30kg flat packed heater into my 4x4 #muscles2) assembly requires ideally an engineering brain especially as much larger than you might envisage. They recommend / instructions suggest vertical assembly but that is challenging and really you need partly horizontal / tilted assembly construction.Despite above, the result is fabulous. The customer service was great and explained things clearly - emails after ordering need to be similarly clear. V v grateful for the advice on phone. End product A1+++ - my design engineer partner v impressed with quality of materials, design and assembly method

I was genuinely surprised and very pleased at the service and the quality of the Pyramid Gas Patio Heater from BBQ Gas London.It arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Assembly was very simple and the end result is very impressive. The Heater kicks out a lot more heat than you would expect, and it looks absolutely amazing. This has been a real talking point during many a night with friends and family. The polished Stainless Steel just adds to the overall quality, and looks brilliant. But of course the focus is always on that amazing jet of flame shooting up the middle.I also got the cover for this which is a perfect fit and helps protect the heater when not in use. This means that it is always clean and ready when you want it.One concern that I had was that this would get through gas very quickly, but this has not proved to be the case and despite using this for many hours there is still a lot of gas left in my cylinder.I have been very impressed and very pleased with the Heater and service and would definitely recommend BBQ Gas London.Greg
