Beacon Languages

I have been with Beacon Languages for 3 years now and probably it is the best company I could have joined at the start of my interpreting/translation career. Really reliable agency who is well organised and attempt to be flexible when possible and necessary. They answer any questions by email within maximum 24h and the longest I have waited on the phone was about 2 minutes. The travel costs are clearly explained, the payment is always on time and if any issue will arise they will actually act like good, fair intermediary between service provider and interpreter to ensure both sides are satisfied with the resolution.

I have been working with Beacon Languages for four years now, they are an absolute pleasure to work for. Its a small firm, everyone knows your name rather than just your I.D number. Beacon Languages care about their employees. There are never issues with getting paid. As a qualified interpreter who has had experience with other agencies, I cannot recommend Beacon Languages highly enough. I might add, they are THE only agency that pay you for out of hours, weekend rates and pay for travel costs if they offer a job outside of your area!
