Just moved in to the area and my bike was in dire need of a service and a few alignments.John at PEDAL UP conpleted all of this for me to an extremely high standard and very reasonable price.The cycle home was a joy and the bike feels like new. I have already booked my wife's bike in for the same.He was also happy to share his knowledge of cycle routes in the area and Burnham as a whole.Highly recommend.

A great service from John. He fixed my daughters bike, any went beyond by pumping up tyres and putting a stand on. All at very short notice. Great communications. Will definitely be using again, thank you.

John at PEDAL UP was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained why the issues with my bike were occurring and offered advice on other cycling related issues which was helpful.Within 4 hours my bike was ready for collection. The price was very reasonable and the bike feels as good as new to ride now.Thank you for the excellent service.

After moving to the area recently it was perfect to find a local professional that I can fully trust my bike with. John's very knowledgeable & evidently bikes are his passion. He even refused to charge me for such a small job of tightening my wheel! I had to give him something as he did an amazing job. I'll be back!

John fixed up my very poorly 40 yr old Raleigh Connoisseur which had various problems and now it rides like a new bike again!! I'd recommend Pedal Up to anyone in the Essex area! Excellent service.Andy
