Started off well, first person we spoke to was helpful and respectful.Day we ordered different person, more of a used car salesman, pushy wanting to up sell, worded his patter as 'its essential' an at extra cost of course.We felt pressured to take it, so, 700 became over 800 really fast.But we got what we wanted, didn't we?Matress arrived, did what we needed to, allowed it to expand etc and put it on the bed looking forward to an amazing nights sleep.We ordered a soft comfortable one that we tested in store, our purchase was based off THAT experience. What we received was a hard uncomfortable board.Returned to store after horrible night sleep to state the issues to be met with none of the customer service we first got, you know when they want your money, to being double teamed by people who showed no care what so ever adding well it takes time to break in" "it's like buying a pair of shoes"No

There was a delay of more than one week for my order to be delivered even though I have paid full amount of cost on the day of order about 2 months ago. We had to sleep on air mattresses in our new house which was not expected at all as we planned everything earlier. It seems like there are communication gap among the departments of Benson for beds.However, the delivery team was good on the day of delayed delivery and beds and mattresses were in good condition . People usually go for bensons for beds expecting quality products even though those are expensive compared to other brands.

Love our new bed! customer service was very helpful when I had to call them they talked us through how to fix our issue. Delivery was great arrived within the time window. Very pleased from start to finish

Visited today to buy a bed for my grandparents- a whole mission. We were greeted by a guy called Simon; one of the funniest salespeople ever. He answered any dumb questions me and my auntie had, and dealt with my nans' ramblings and changing mind. He made sure she understood what was happening (as well as me and my auntie, between rolling about on the beds), and confirmed everything was correct before/during/after placing the order. He was very professional, gave us no pressure to buy, and came back with some great humour. Top bloke, thought this was the best way to highlight him. If I ever need to buy a bed for myself- I'm coming straight for you, Simon!!

Excellent customer service for my elderly Nan I'm buying a new mattress. Staff were extremely helpful with no pressure to buy a particular product. Delivery and communication around this was very efficient, thank you.

Excellent customer service from start to completion of the sale. David was polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to decide what we preferred, without any pressure on his part. He is a great asset to the organisation, honest and sincere with his recommendations and definitely an exemplar employee. We are looking forward to receiving our mattress in the near future. Excellent staff couldn't do enough for us explained everything fully

Brought a mattress and it’s faulty. Should have a 10 year warranty with it. I have emailed Bensons for Beds direct with no response. I’m currently going through resolver and having issues and get this resolved. Do not buy a mattress cause the guarantee isn’t worth anything.
