Post office states under new management just outside the building, with regret - seems for the worst. Came to collect a parcel, unfortunately the box was crushed and damaged (image attached), no organisation in holding the parcels at the front. Feel the owner of the post office takes on all these contracts with different courier companies without a thought of holding the parcels in a safe place. They were just scattered at the back of the cashiers desk!When I asked why the parcel was crushed, he smirked like it was an unreasonable question to ask and said they (his post office) wouldn’t damage the parcel. So I asked the question - why would they accept a parcel from DPD in a bad condition?Why not even escalate as to how the parcel was damaged upon receiving it from DPD if it were an oversight when accepting it.Also 1 of the 2 boxes was missing and having read the reviews on google, I’m not the only person to experience this. It seems suspect.I wouldn’t go out my way to post a negative review but it is rather dubious how other reviewers have issues with missing/damaged parcels…Will not be going back to the post office again.For those reading this review - there are many other alternative pick up points around the area for DPD collections and/or Royal Mail despatching. Suggest you avoid this particular Post Office at all costs.

Honest owners that have highlighted that Iv given more money than stated when I’m banking with them!

I have lost a few parcels that i have posted from this post office i only have been using this post off a dozen times and have had problems with 3 parcels that never got to there destinations, I asked the elderly Asian gentleman about this and his reply was once they get collected from them they don’t know what happens, I used a post office in Lanesfield for years and never had a problem but now seems there is something wrong here, I don’t like to leave a negative review but sorry to say I won’t step a foot in the post office again.
