Better Minded Therapy

I have been going through one of the worst things I could ever feel; betrayal.I did not know what to do, how to feel, what was normal, because it was my first time to go through such pain.I searched and searched online trying to find someone who would listen to me and give me some support. That was when I came across Better Minded Therapy.Rollo came as a blessing, he listened to me, no matter how crazy and personal some things were, I said it all to him.He has been helping me through the process of understanding what I am feeling and how it is not my fault. He did not once say to me we are running out of time etc, he gave me the liberty to completely finish telling my pain and worries to him.He is fantastic!

I don’t even know where to begin! Rollo makes you feel very relaxed and very comfortable. He listens to everything you have to say and gives the best advice. I had hypnosis and wow, what an experience. From someone who had hypnosis several years ago where it did absolutely nothing, to meeting Rollo and his way of hypnosis, changed my perception completely. He helped me with so much. My head was so heavy and full of uncertainty, and Rollo helped me clear my mind and see things in a more positive and life changing way. I decided to give better minded therapy a try after going to a number of different councillors for my anxiety and depression with no results.Rollo is completely different to most councillors out there he really listened to what I had to say and he understood what I was saying.Rollo didn't once look at a clock or push to rush I felt at ease and the knowledge he has is amazing, he gives you technics to deal with stuff but also explains how they help in detail I found this really useful.I left feeling exited to begin my journey and I also left feeling like I had a waight lifted off my shoulders.I couldn't recommend him enough.

Contacting Rollo at Better Minded was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. There have been many things I have struggled with but found that I tried to bury them in the back of my head, problem with that is one day it all comes flooding out! Rollo is amazing, working with him has been easy, safe and rewarding. My life has changed for the better in SO many ways and I just wish I had made contact sooner.
