I have been seeing Michelle in the run up to knee replacement surgery to help me prepare for this. Not only has the acupuncture significantly reduced my pain, I have also gained so much knowledge from Michelle in relation to how the body works and understanding the benefits of her methods. The acupuncture has also helped reduce menopause symptoms which was an added bonus!As a person usually adverse to needles Michelle has been sympathetic to this and built up my confidence to the point where I can have them in my face and ears which I never imagined would happen.Since my first operation Michelle has been able to help my body recover from the operation and support my body in alleviating some unexpected side effects.Yesterday I also received a treatment on my shoulder using suction cups which has greatly helped reduce the pain after just one treatment.Michelle has gone above and beyond my expectations of a practitioner with advice and support during the time I have engaged her services. I've been having acupuncture with Michelle for around 6 weeks now, and in that short time I cannot explain how much she has helped me. Her knowledge of the body and tips for day-to-day life have been so helpful, but I mainly went to her because I was suffering with awful symptoms caused by a 7cm ovarian cyst, which I was awaiting surgery for. The cyst has now disappeared, as have my symptoms and I no longer need surgery, I honestly believe her skills and advice have made this happen! I feel so much clearer in my head too, and will be continuing to see Michelle for the foreseeable! Highly highly recommend!

Michelle is an amazing practitioner, she takes her time to really listen and help. Her clinic feels safe and welcoming which instantly puts you at ease. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone who is thinking about acupuncture or who would like to try an alternative therapy. Based in the centre of West Bridgford her clinic is easy to find and just a 2 minute walk from the bus stop.
