I was looking for a new pump for my rainwater tank and found this company to be excellent at giving helpful and honest advice. Ask to speak to Jim as he knows all there is to know! So much better than other companies that I tried, who clearly didn't know what they were talking about. Definitely buy from here, I thoroughly recommend.

I bought a 3P Technik rainwater diverter kit a few months ago. Two comments: the kit itself is really good quality and efficient compared with the standard ones that are supplied with a lot of water butts. It’s worth every penny of the price. Secondly the customer service is brilliant. When we lost a nut into the depths of the butt, I emailed, got a prompt reply and a replacement was sent immediately- free. Great.

I've recently completed the installation of a rainwater harvesting system, which incorporates a 3P Technik level control and mains water top up kit.I had to troubleshoot the level sensor so I phoned 3P Technik for advice. Particular thanks to Tom who talked me through the system and helped me fix the issue - which turned out to be some damage to a cable on installation.Very approachable firm who are justifiably proud of their products and support. I had an issue with the rainwater harvesting system installed at my home and contacted 3P Technik via their support page with the intention of trying to book an engineer to fix the issue.I've got a reply quickly and was advised to first try troubleshooting the fault to see if I could resolve the issue myself.I'm a novice when it comes to DIY however both Glyn and Tom had been extremely helpful. I have now resolved my issue without the need of an engineer call out so I'm very happy and thankful for the kind assistance given.

I am very happy with rainwater harvesting system because helps me save money and is part of the Eco Environment.I had an issue with the rainwater harvesting system installed wrongly by Keepmoat at my new ECO home. Keepmoat just ignored me. So I tried contact 3P Technik via their support page with my problem and Glyn and Tom helped me resolve my issue without the need of an engineer.
