TUI Holiday Store

We have visited Tui Burnley today to book a cruise for late 2024. As always we received first class service from Louise. Everything we needed was done for us. All the staff are always friendly and helpful. Always acknowledged by staff members if we are seen in town shopping. We always book in store and would never consider booking online as we know that if there is anything we need to ask there is always a friendly face to speak to.

As a person that has always booked most of my holidays online, I just wanted to thank the TUI store in Burnley for the exceptional experience and knowledge they have. I found a Caribbean P & O cruise but wanted Manchester flights and was told by P & O that only London or Birmingham flights were left. Louise at the Burnley store was so helpful and found me the cruise I wanted with Manchester flights, which included a premium seat for not much extra. She booked and confirmed everything so quickly and efficiently, I will definitely be calling into store next time I am looking and can highly recommend them, thank you Louise!

Went into shop to book a cruise. The service I got of Anna was exceptional. I was talked through everything I needed to know. Wasn't rushed just at my own pace. Customer service was first class.

We have booked an all inclusive holiday with the TUI store in Burnley. Saskia helped us with all our holiday needs and made us very welcome. Great service, will definitely use Saskia and the Burnley store again.

I went into store on Wednesday and was attended to by a fantastic apprentice named Anna. I have not booked in store previously but will most definitely be doing so from now on. Anna was very knowledgable, patient and found me an amazing deal to Thailand. When she told me she was on an apprenticeship I was blown away - what an asset to TUI Burnley store and I wish her all the best with the rest of her training - thank you.

Yet again very very good service again from Louise in burnley found my hoilday and what I needed and match my price this is why I will always use tui to book my hoildays the staff are all very professional and all ways offer you a coffee whitch makes it that more perfect love this place thankyou you Louise you are number one
