H20 Plumbers Belsize Park

Happily installed a new pump.. making it worse! Have refused to come out and resolve.. fobbing off on each occasion.. absolute bunch of cowboys! DO NOT USE…. They should be ashamed of themselves

Would be 0 starts if possible. Never had such a rude condescending interaction. I should’ve read the other review before calling.PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!!!

Called them to unblock a kitchen sink over a month ago. The plumbers showed up without the required chemicals, couldn't clear the blockage without them, and haven't been back for over a month. The dishwasher overflowed while they were present while they were attempting to flush water down the pipe (but they didn't notice) causing a leak into the neighbours flat.They still haven't been back to resolve the issue despite multiple calls. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.
