Vicky was a very informed and knew exactly what she was doing. After initial chat, she zoned in on the problem area and got to work. I didn't expect an overnight fix, but just to have my ankle feel obviously improved after 10 years of pain? The proof is in the pudding. Thank you to Vicky and the TT for just being there.

Was referred to Jamie by my Occy Health due to a sciatica. In 5 weeks I’ve gone from walking with a stick to being able walk without and to move about much more freely.Jamie is friendly, professional and listens to your concerns, working with you to find the best treatment plan.

Olivia is exceptionally good. I have had a problem with my upper back and shoulders for about ten years. I have had regular physio, acupuncture, deep tissue massage and Thai massage in the past.I have been here 3 times and I have had major improvement with pain and range of motion. She is also always on time. Thanks a million Olivia you've helped me so much.

Brilliant service by Vickie!! Had longstanding nagging sciatica pain for over a year, with only two sessions I feel like a different person.Able to walk, sit and stand for longer periods which I had hopelessly given up on.Can’t thank enough!!

I had my first session with Vicky last week and she was brilliant. We spent the first part discussing my issues and the history of my trauma, and the second half was spent on the bench receiving treatment.At all times Vicky was professional and it’s clear that she is an expert in her field. The following morning I felt the benefits immediately of her focussed targeting of knots all along the nerve chain in my left leg.I’ll be returning over the course of the next couple of months to receive follow up treatments.
