My dads stairlift stopped working. Candor care answered the phone after hours, got an engineer to us the next day and had the stairlift working again by the end of the week despite having to order parts. All the staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they were fantastic.

Excellent service from the first phone call to the installation. Rang at 11am on a Friday & 2 hours later there was someone at my mum’s house to measure up & give a quote. No pressure to buy & great friendly advice. By Monday lunchtime her stairlift was installed & in full working order! One very happy mum which in turn makes me one very happy daughter. I dealt with candor care on behalf of my parents who are both in their late 80's, due to living in Hertfordshire I wasn't able to attend the sales appointment but my parents were treated with respect and they didnt feel under pressure to buy, their stairlift was straight and fitted the same week. Its been installed for just over a month now so time will tell if the product is reliable however its given them both a new lease of life! thanks candor

Excellent caring service from the team at Candor Care. My mothers stairlift batteries had failed. She is 250 miles away from me and was in a panic. I called the team on the service phone number just before 12.00 midday and left a linked in note for Alan. He rang me straight back, assured me that he would personally go straight there from the call he was dealing with in Peterborough and he would be there by mid afternoon. My mother lives in Shrewsbury! He was there at 3.00 pm. On a very hot day, a weekend to boot, he made an old lady so happy that she could get to her bathroom again. Just outstanding. New batteries were required, but all the work came under warranty. I cannot recommend Alan highly enough. He and his team provide the service you pray for at a time when every thing else in life seems to let you down. Just brilliant. Thank you Alan.
