Indy Essence is a very skilled creative professional and I highly recommend her for events. She is very personable and creates very engaging holistic based workshops and activities, suitable for all ages.

Moments, is a magical book! Written by local people, writers and enthusiasts alike have created something truly wonderful. This book is positively a great collection of fifty poems all centred around wellbeing and mindfulness, as well as positive thinking. A great project in Leicester and Leicestershire, where care homes and patients benefited from this uplifting book. Congratulations simply full of amazing moments xxx

Indy presented a fantastic opportunity for writers to submit their work as part of a well being project called 'moments'. Indy managed the entire process from start to finish, providing clear guidelines on what to write. She was instrumental in creating a writing group by way of connecting with other writers and keeping us all up to date. The publication was very well created and we were all over the moon to receive our own copies.If this wasn't enough, Indy personally delivered these to the care homes, a most wonderful thing to do. She should be very proud of her efforts but having known Indy even for a short while, she is very humble and won't want to claim any plaudits for her efforts.Well done Indy.Apinder.
