I previously tried many places for my waxing but never felt comfortable and it was unbearable pain but Diane knows how to do waxing in a way that it is not to painful and also I feel comfortable. She is also really good at hair her products are very good quality and she is overall a lovely person I look forward to seeing her at my appointments and will never use anyone else! Katy x

Regularly use the waxing services. Diana manages to make a very painful experience almost nice, she has a good technique, and she is very thorough. Also very clean, and she puts aloe vera on your skin to soothe it afterwards. My flatmate swears by their hair colouring services, she says they use good products. Highly recommended.
