We recently purchased a Caldera Hot Tub from Oasis and have been very pleased with our purchase. From the moment we first stepped into the showroom, right through to delivery, these guys have been helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. Although we looked online at other brands, we never even bothered going to any other showrooms as we didn't feel that anywhere else would even get near the prices or levels of customer service that we received here. So to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub, check out Oasis. I promise you wont be disappointed. Highly recommended.

I normally buy everything from Amazon, but I wanted professional advice, help and was not disappointed with my decision.The sales Lady was very polite and helpful. She didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't really need.I sincerely recommend and worth a visit. Prices are higher than on amazon, but the knowledge and professional help and advice is priceless.I personally will be going there for everything I need for my pool. And in the future I will buy my spa there.

Due to lockdown I have not been able to go on holiday this year so was looking to purchase a hot tub with my spare cash.I happened to be in Bay Tree garden centre and came across the lovely team at Oasis Pools & spas who were most helpful and addressed my needs with excellent knowledge of everything I needed to know about hot tubs.Mark the sales guy wasn't pushy with a lovely friendly manner , he helped me purchase an Orbis which fits lovely in my garden. They have been so helpful with the many questions I have had since nothing has been too much trouble.I would thoroughly recommend Oasis Pools & spas to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub ! Thankyou
