I've never met such an positive and enthusiastic team. I ended up staying for an hour chatting with the team. I'm definitely coming back back. Hats off too Olly, Imogen, and Annie. You guys definitely deserve a pay rise.

So pleased they have opened here. Been a long time virtual customer to so be able to physically go in chat and smell is wonderful oh and taste. Lovely customer service too. If you love your tea then this is the place to visit.

Absolutely love this place! We went here several times throughout our month-long trip to Edinburgh. Everyone was always so helpful and kind, especially Noemi.I sent a picture of the wall to anyone I wanted a souvenir for and had them pick a tea. Several weren't sure which to choose so they'd tell me what they liked and more often than not, Noemi was there to help me figure out what my friend would like the best.The teas are amazing, we tried a few from the bar, and the shop is very well set up and uncluttered. I highly recommend this place for all your tea and souvenir needs!

Beautiful experience, was treated like an old friend on my first visit. Super relaxed and friendly atmosphere which really brightened my morning. No hard sell, just genuine enthusiasm for tea. Absolutely priceless customer service.

This is such a lovely shop with great, welcoming, polite, and friendly staff.Lisa served me today and helped to pick out some fruit teas as a christmas present for my dad. There are so many different types and flavours of teas to choose from and Lisa was very helpful with recommendations and allowing me to smell them all (and even taste a few!). She was also very patient when I asked her numerous questions no matter how silly there were (i don’t drink tea but my dad does so i wanted to make sure i was buying the right things).If you know a tea lover, or are one yourself, I highly recommend visiting!!

So happy they have opened a branch here in Edinburgh (pop up till end of the fringe but heard it will be permanent after a period of renovation)! Staff is always so lovely and happy to recommend us different types of tea. Highly recommend to everyone!
