Stephen was seen very speedily, actually on the day of enquiry, which was marvellous. Sophie helped Stephen immensely, she helped him understand why he was suffering the pain he had and after her process of manipulation on his limbs, Sophie explained what to expect next. Also explained exactly why he was suffering. Hoping after each therapy the pain will gradually subside

I've been suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain for the past two years and had my first appointment with Sophie yesterday. She was kind, reassuring and gave me hope that we could get to the bottom of the issue, find measures to deal with it and keep the problem at bay moving forward. Very professional, very thorough, knowledgeable, great listener; and personally, I believe she has miracle hands or magic hands; as next day after my consultation with Sophie I was like brand new - like I never had any issues at all, and even managed to walked 15 km around the Dorset coast.I strongly recommend her! ☺

I went to see Sophie following a recommendation from a friend. I found her to be welcoming, attentive and very knowledgeable. She took a detailed history followed by an examination before any hands on treatment. She was great at explaining what the problems I had been experiencing were and I left feeling confident that she would be able to help. This was followed up by a sheet of exercises that I could do at home and a couple of more follow up appointments. I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and will continue to visit as and when needed. Book an appointment, you won't be disappointed!

Sophie was recommended to me after I strained my back. She was friendly and calm but thorough with questions regarding my injury, relevant medical history and lifestyle. She worked on manipulating and massaging the strained area and showed me some exercises to do at home. The results have been very good. I would thoroughly recommend Sophie.

I was very impressed with Sophie, took time to explain my problem followed by a lot of different manipulation to the problem area. The exercise program is excellent with the attached videos making them very easy to follow. I thought the price very reasonable, and would urge any one with aches and pains to give Sophie a try.
