I've previously used Safe Storage many years ago. I decided to try them again today I was seen by Mohammed and because of his excellent customer service and attention to detail I was happy to sign up straight away for 6 months. Helpful staff but grubby, old and dated storage areas. Storage units not individually alarmed. So when my friend storing his belongings there was told some units had been accessed. It turned out his was one of them. My friend was adamant he had not left his unit unlocked. It’s possible he had, but in at some alternative/competitive self-storage suppliers the units are individually alarmed and in a similar situation, had the unit been left unsecured it would have been flagged to staff immediately and remedied before anyone would have had much or any opportunity to take anything.

Overall, this was a great storage space. I will book again with them if I ever need storage. They were super friendly and helpful. The price is very good in comparison to other storage companies. The only side note, is that the lift broke down when I was vacating the space. As it was on the first floor it was harder to get all my stuff out. Aside from this, I would definitely recommend this place.
