Since Hidden Hearing took over from Amplifon the customer care that I've have received has been exceptional. Stephan has so often went above and beyond in delivering a service. It's not often one finds someone who is consistently professional, yet has a great personal connection. He really listens and is quick to resolve any issues that I may have technically. I always feel confident of the care that I'll receive with him and is why I'd recommend using the service provided in the Morningside branch. A price cannot be put on this level of all round care.

I was really impressed just walking through the door. As the receptionist was busy, the Audiologist, Stephan, jumped right in to help out and get my appointment started on time. He is very caring and thorough. He explains each test and each test result so you walk away knowing exactly whats what. He makes sure to listen to any outstanding questions and answer them to the best of his ability.
