I've used them for almost 2 years now, 10/10 service price and satisfaction from me every time!

I have been going to these lads for over 4 years. I used them for my current car and the car before and been mostly satisfied with their work. They have always been respectful - until yesterday. After they serviced my car I immediately noticed a big scratch right in the middle of instrument cluster screen. Car has been with them the whole day and it was clearly their doing. I'm confident of this because I always check my mileage before I leave my car with any garage for a few hours as a peace of mind. When I checked it that morning there was no scratch. It's right in the middle and impossible to miss, so I would have seen it if it was there before I took the car to the garage. I saw it as soon as sat in my car after service so that's how easy it is to spot it. When I raised it with them the guy was confrontational instead of being apologetic. Especially when you think how minor the damage was, as it took me 5 minutes to polish it with special paste. I'd expect them to own the liability instead of calling me a liar low key. I don't understand why I would service my car with them, pay them ~300£ and then try to frame them for such insignificant damage. Accidents do happen but owning a mistake shows how professional you are. Clearly these guys aren't. Well that's how you lose long time customer, fellas.

Took my car in last week to have a slow leak fixed on a new tyre that had been fitted elsewhere.I didn't have to wait long for the guys to start the job.Despite not finding the source of the leak, the mechanic did a really thorough job of cleaning up the rims on the alloy wheel, cleaning up the valve seat and re-sealing the tyre.The price for the job was very reasonable.The tyre has been perfect ever since - great job Northwich Tyres!
