I enjoyed a highly valuable workshop with Oliver. He had lots of tips, techniques and practical experience to help develop all aspects of my triathlon performance. After attending the workshop I signed up for the Primed Coaching Lanzarote training week. Each session was focused and structured to help develop my skills and fitness, with direct feedback and monitoring from two highly skilled and experienced coaches. This camp was exactly the assistance to my swim, bike and run that I could have hoped for.I particularly enjoyed working on open water, race day specific swim skills, and bike handling. The other members of the group were experienced triathletes and I was able to learn a lot from them and their experiences.I highly recommend the training camps and look forward to my next one with the Primed Coaching team.

If you are looking to kick start your training for the season ahead this is absolute ideal. Most days catered 2-3 activities, some epic days and climbs on the bike and just the most perfect location for a training camp.

Just back from an excellent triathlon camp with Oliver and his team. A great training week in the sun, with lots of swims, rides, runs, craic and banter in beautiful Mallorca. Different groups mean all abilities, fitness levels and performance goals are being catered for. If you are looking to make the next step outside rainy and windy Ireland and want to be challenged in a positive, open-minded and fun environment look no further!

Super day! Oliver is an expert. He is the right mix of fun whilst being serious about triathlon. Lots of takeaways from the day to put into action to improve performance.

I've been working with Oliver since January and I'm really happy with my progress! My training has stepped up a level which has translated into some strong race performances. I feel like I'm learning how to actually race over middle and long distance vs simply surviving, using measures like IF, normalised power etc. to manage my effort.Oliver is also great to deal with - he's always available if you have questions or need advice and he adds a lot of variety to training! I'd highly recommend!

I was very lucky to attend the Primed Coaching Mallorca training camp in April. I had a fantastic time and action packed days of swim, bike and run training with Oliver and Paddy. The camp is based in Port de Pollenca in the North of the island which offered swims in the warm and calm Mediterranean Sea, brick runs along the seafront and epic cycles in the mountains as well as some flatter spins taking in coffee and lunch breaks in pretty Mallorcan old towns and villages.Oliver and Paddy have a wealth of knowledge and experience and shared lots of insights, tips and encouragement throughout the week. The camp also offers the opportunity to meet likeminded, fun and positive people and the craic and banter on the cycles and chats over dinner each evening was a real highlight. Thanks Oliver and Paddy for a great week. Highly recommended.

A bit late late review but when you compare your swimming stats between 2022 and 2023 you know you listen what Oliver said workshop and took his advice. very impressive how those changes improved swimming. Highly recommend his workshop (great training day and experience exchange with other athletes). Unfortunately didn`t make a Camp in 2023 but hoping that I`ll make one of 2024 camps.

I’m not long back from the first of this year’s two Primed Coaching camps in Mallorca. We stayed in the Cabot hotel in Porto Pollensa in the NW corner of Mallorca- The hotel was perfect for the job… 5 Minutes from the beach, a laned pool, clean spacious rooms with balconies to store your bike, alternatively, bikes can be stored in one of 3 bike garages. The restaurant had a super, extensive variety at both breakfast & Dinner- something for everyone. The trip was ½ board.I hired a bike, as did at least half the group, and I certainly would have no complaints with the quality of the bike- service was excellent.Paddy & Oliver presided over a relaxed (quietly disciplined) but well organised and structured programme. There was a Run/ Cycle/ Swim every day. The days were significant -the emphasis was on cycling (100/ 120 K per day 1000-2000 Metres climbing) , with some very valuable skills based open water sessions, followed by a brick run in the evening. The recovery day (no Cycle) had a swim, long run, and a stretching session.Bike roll out was at 10.00 AM, mostly with two groups of different ability or aspiration, although sometimes we cycled as a single group. Plenty of chat at lunch and as you rolled along- not much, on the climbs! My view is that this camp is particularly well suited to those considering or preparing for a 70.3 or full distance Ironman later in the year. The experience and knowledge of the fellow Triathletes is a real bonus, and they’re good company to boot. Many of the group, it turns out, had been to multiple camps over the years, either Mallorca or Lanzarote. It certainly is to be recommendedSo, in conclusion… a big thanks to Paddy & Oliver for a super satisfying, well organised, demanding, (if not exhausting) fun week and to the rest of the bunch, It was a blast, good luck with your plans for ’23.I expect I’ll be back in 2024…..

Attended Oliver's Tri training workshop day recently, and will certainly look to get on board with another soon. Given this is my first season, I wasn't sure what to expect and feared the imposter syndrome. This was very quickly squashed. No matter what your level of experience or ability, you are guaranteed to come away with a wealth of knowledge and insight. Oliver's knowledge bank is second to none, and the perfect balance between best practice and pragmatism. The group was small enough (5) that you had constant feedback, but enough like minded enthusiasts that you could lean on for questions or anecdotes. It was great to hear how others fell in to the sport, and what their drivers are.Agenda for the day was fairly packed. Not too taxing on the body, but enough to know you've done something:- Swim analysis w/video. Complimentary/remedial drills.- Theory Sessions (Swim/Bike/Run technique, Nutrition/Fuelling, Training Concepts, Goal Setting/Accountability, Prehab/Rehab, Recovery... plus lots more)- Run Analysis (Off-site)- Bike Analysis (Indoor Trainer)- Lunch (obviously)Overall, a brilliant day out and highly recommended to anyone who is looking to take their training/performance to the next level, or just a novice.Looking forward to applying all this into 2024, and thanks again to Oliver for a great day. Best wishes to the other attendees on their goals for 2024, some big things to come for them.
