Having been to Vietnam a number of times and experienced the street food there, this little restaurant certainly does a very good job. Everything we had was excellent, the staff were great and the price was fine. We will be back.

Normally an okay train station when trying to get to queens university, however, there is this one employee who is very RUDE and LIES to you when you ask for help. I used this train station after work yesterday and this employee lied about not being able to change my train ticket as I had forgotten that I had my ylink card and she said it was too late to change the ticket even though I have been in the same situation as this with other translink employees and they didn’t have a problem about changing my ticket to cater for the ylink card , cause after all, it was an honest mistake especially since I had just come out of a busy shift at work. To make things worse , this employee started SHOUTING at me after SHE realised that I had caught her in a LIE. What ever happened to the CUSTOMER SERVICE in botanic??it’s ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING !! This is NOT the FIRST time this employee has been RUDE and she makes it very difficult for me to use botanic train for transport as it is difficult for me to approach her when buying a ticket !! Absolutely SHOCKING !!!!

Close to university. Be careful, tickets are frequently checked here on both entrance and exit.

No public toilets for when you're delayed and train station looks like it did when first constructed. Stuck in a time warp.

Great station in the middle of the city and serving the south of the country and the east side... As mentioned in other comments, it can be better with toilets and slight refurbishments to make it nicer to see...

The staff here are friendly and helpful, also do a good job of keeping the place clean. Close to Botanic gardens, Ulster museum and Lagan towpath is within walking distance.

No sign of 'Train Station' outside. Easy getting lost. But the staffs are friendly.

I notice that according to the sign outside the station that it is Botanic Train Station rather than Botanic Railway Station [I wonder why … the same thing happening now happening in Dublin]This year I used the public transport system in Belfast for the first time and I used the Botanic station a number of times. I also visited Great Victoria and Central an was more than pleased with the service. The station is named after the nearby Belfast Botanic Gardens but it is not as near to the gardens as I had expected so be prepared for a bit of a walk.On Mondays to Saturdays, there is a half-hourly service towards Belfast Central and Bangor, or Great Victoria Street and Portadown on Bangor/Portadown Line services, with extra trains at peak times.
