Regis Salon Brent Cross

If you had asked me to do a review at 4:30pm after the most appalling haircut from Patrice which took a painful 1.5 hours of faffing around cutting 1mm at a time (my nerves were shredded by the end), I would have graded a 1 star. However I called the salon and thank heavens Monica agreed to stay late and fix the disaster which she did really expertly even though its a lot shorter than I would normally wear it. I had assumed that all the hairdressers at Regis can cut short hair as competently as my regular hairdresser Violtza who was away. What a mistake. Within 5 minutes I knew Patrice didn't know what she was doing but I was too embarrassed to say anything. I left with the most bizarre uneven haircut which had no body or shape, flopped around my head with lots of uneven sticky out bits with a weird chunk missing from the fringe. My daughter was shocked when she saw me and convinced me to call the salon. I am really grateful to Monica for fixing it so expertly and staying late which is why i give 4 stars but it's not right that if someone who is clearly not competent to cut short hair, is allowed to experiment on customers and charge a hefty £57 to boot. I've had to accept a compromise cut but at the same time thankful that Monica could fix it.

My hairdresser was lovely but I showed her how long I wanted my hair (at the bottom of my neck) and a photo of me with shorter hair (above my chin) and told her I didn’t want it that length, and unfortunately she cut it the length I asked her not to.

Title: Disappointed with the Blow Dry ExperienceI recently visited this salon for a hair wash and blow dry. I was grateful that they were able to fit me in on short notice, as another customer had failed to show up. However, my overall experience left me feeling dissatisfied and unlikely to return.During the blow dry, the stylist attempted to create waves in my hair using different roll brushes. Unfortunately, when she removed the brush from my hair, it became tangled and stuck. This was a major inconvenience and something I had never experienced before during a blow dry.As someone who has had their hair blow dried numerous times at various salons and who even blow dries their own hair regularly, I noticed that the stylist's technique seemed novice at best. I couldn't help but feel that I could have achieved better results if I had done it myself, which made the £39 price tag even more disappointing.Throughout the process, I couldn't shake my growing anxiety about the way my hair was being blow dried. Unfortunately, I chose not to voice my concerns during the appointment, as I am not the type of person to complain about a service in the moment.While the stylist was certainly a nice lady, I cannot recommend this salon for a blow dry. The lack of expertise and the resulting frustration from tangled hair overwhelmed any positive aspects of the experience. I sincerely hope that the salon takes this feedback constructively and improves their blow drying skills for future clients.

Very bad experience1 hour for have a blood dry made from 80 and more years lady that's I found very unfair 40 pound for a miserable result!I don't blame the poor lady for sure but the very poor management the young lady sit with the phone and the other gentleman avoid me all the time!Definitely not raccomended

The reason I'm giving 1 star is for customer service. I poped in Sunday around lunch time, I had no appointment, I thoght I can have a hair cut if its not that busy. When I entered, no receptionist in sight, there were 2 hairdressers working on customers. The one who was closest to the reception did not acknowledge me at all, no hello or how can I help, nothing, like I was i invisible. After standing for about 2-3 minutes, she looked at me and said we are fully booked". If the management thinks that this is the way forward

Patrice did my shampoo, cut and blow dry. She was very professional and attentive to what I asked for. I’m really pleased she did such a good job, as I don’t often to go the hairdressers due to bad cuts before!I have received lots of compliments, I’ll definitely book with her again.

Doreen was absolutely fantastic! She was great throughout, friendly, and calmed my nerves. My hair looked amazing at the end - it was exactly what I wanted (full head colour, two tones lighter but still natural, covered greys). I’ll definitely be going back to see Doreen for future colour appointments. Thank you Doreen!! :)

Just popped in to the branch in Brent Cross on the off chance that I could make an appointment for a haircut and bumped into my usual stylist who was finishing and going home to start his holiday! He actually stayed on to give me a quick cut. That’s total commitment for you and and a gem through and through. He just happens to also be an excellent stylist and a thoroughly lovely person. Highly recommend!

Hi, I had my hair waved at another salon and really wasn’t happy with the outcome. One side was completely different to the other so as I want in Brent Cross I popped into regis and spoke to a lovely lady, her name was Sarvin, she took on my hair (which can be quite unruly) re styled it in, listened to my concerns and the brief and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was super professional and just incredibly warm. You can tell she loves her job and is obviously phenomenal at it. regis are lucky to have her.
