The fitter (Matt) was really friendly, speedy, and has done a fantastic job with a professional finish - even cleaned up too which was a bonus. Used Chlodel for the first time to have some Karndean laid in the kitchen and utility. The customer service in shop was first class from Chloe and Trevor. They kept us informed of pre-site visits and anticipated time of fitting. The two fitters, Ian and Dean were also first class. Two very experienced and professional guys who were brilliant. Not had carpet done but also believe their carpet fitters are equally good and well experienced. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future. Wow. What a breath of fresh air. A family run business with welcoming, knowledgeable staff that turn up on time and do a great job! I run a business in Cheltenham and had Trevor from Chlodel flooring out to quote for redoing a room within the premises. He worked quickly and effectively to find out what I required from the floor and whether I was working to a budget or not.When it came to fitting, I was so impressed when Trevor offered a Sunday fitting service at no additional charge. He understood we would lose business if it was not completed on a Sunday. Trevor and his other expert fitter Adele arrived promptly at the shop at 8am on a Sunday and worked tirelessly all day.The finish was absolutely perfect, beyond what I could have imagined. Great care and attention to detail was clearly employed throughout the job. I would have no problem recommending Chlodel and team and will be returning for all my flooring needs in future! Used them recently to carpet whole of 4 bed detached house. Good price, prompt, no problems at all with any aspect of their service and even though I asked the fitter to let me know when he needed to have stuff moved, he had finished before I was aware he had changed rooms.
