Dismissive, rude and didn’t listen. Didn’t ask to explain what he was doing during physical exam. I left with an information leaflet and advice to look into peer support groups. Made an official complaint and would never go back to this hospital or him

I called the Nuffield as my shoulder was really painful after being recommended Dr Bawa's clinic from a friend. I could not sleep at night. The friendly receptionist managed to get me an emergency appointment after speaking to Dr Bawa, as I was due to fly out in 7 days time. The outpatients dept was clean, staff courteous and a comfortable waiting room. I was seen promptly at my allocated time. Dr Bawa spent time taking a detailed history and a thorough examination. He explained to me my diagnosis in simple to understand language. He gave me options and addressed my concerns. He made me feel at ease for my steroid joint injection and the nurse was great. Within 24 hours I was back to normal and sleeping well. I can't thank Dr Bawa and his staff enough. He even called me after 72 hours to check how I was doing. Highly recommend this clinic. Professional, courteous, and efficient service.

If we could have given 0 stars, we would have done so. But instead of giving 0 stars we’d rather warn the next person who thinks visiting Dr Sandeep might get them answers.First of all we felt unwelcome, the dr didn’t seem particularly bothered by my presence and i certainly did not feel good visiting. But then again we don’t really have to feel welcome if at least we are helped with the issue at hand.A quick look was enough, and it got me neither answer noir decent solution. Of all the visits i have had so far at various doctors this is most certainly one of the worst, and definitely the most useless so far.I would like to warn every individual who is even considering going here, not only will you feel worse then when you came in you might be second guessing wether or not you should seek for a solution to your issues at all. Do yourself a favour and keep looking, this is worth neither your time or your money.

Dr Bawa was incredibly helpful and professional. He was attentive, approachable and offered lots of advice on how to manage my condition and pain. He arranged scans and tests for me quickly and was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated his help and expertise.

I seen Dr Bawa at the Nuffield hospital . He was very professional and put me at ease . After talking to Dr Bawa about my symptoms he examined me and arranged for bloods to be taken and results were back the same day, he also called over the next few day to check my symptoms hadn’t worsened. I was really grateful for all his help and Would highly recommend.

I arranged an appointment to see Dr Bawa at the Nuffield Hospital. The staff were great from the receptionist to the nurses. Dr Bawa was very professional and put me at ease immediately. He took time to explain things to me and I felt comfortable asking questions. Due to his advise my problem was solved within 3 weeks. I had a return appointment with him just to check things were ok. Dr Bawa is very helpful and professional doctor! I visited Dr Bawa first in February 2020. Before that I was really struggling with my agressive form of RA. Thanks to Dr Bawa, I was put immediately into biological treatment. Dr Bawa is very understanding and listened to all my health issues and concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues and regurarly consults the results of the treatment with his patient. He explained very clearly all steps of my new treatment and he recommended to increase the steroid injection to help reduce discomfort with my swollen joints. He arranged appointments very quickly to speed up the start of my new treatment. I had very good experience with Dr Bawa and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for Rheumatology and Arthritis issues.
