Needed to sell a flat but did not want the hassle of viewing etc, researched on line regarding auctions this took me to a third-party site that could not match to any sites, got some good advice from one search and put me in contact with Auction House Scotland from the start of the process to the conclusion was excellent, fully informed, fitted around my work hours and achieved a price better than expected.Ross and the team worked well behind the scenes, watched the live auction and was over in less than a minute, would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

A pleasant buying experience. Both Connie ,the sales manager and John, the viewing agent, were professional, friendly and easy to speak to. I believe they were fair and informative. Connie maintained comprehensive communications to ensure that I was fully aware of each step and that I had full knowledge of administration fees. This was my first purchase and everything went better than I expected.

Their service was very efficient and friendly from the first interaction. Their services and changes were clear and precise and they did all they promised with our house sold within days of the first viewing. The photography was first rate and made our house very appealing. A great company to work with. I'd highly recommend them.

This was the first time I have ever attended an auction, so I don't have anything to compare it with. It was very successful for me and I ended up with a two bedroomed flat, which was the one I had gone to bid on. The auction house staff were very helpful and made everything straight forward from registering initially to completing the paperwork after the successful bid. From what I remember my property was item 17 ( I think) and the bidding went extremely fast compared to all the others beforehand. The auctioneer seemed to hesitate and kept trying to hold the sale to generate further bids, this made the auction very slow, that is the only real negative comment I could make.

Scam. They lure you in with 'national in person auctions and huge success stories with quick sales. They say they will put your property on the auction but dont. Then when you dont get on the auction and want to stop the process they hit you with a 'withdrawl fee' for marketing costs plus other fees.I dealt with Mat and Eilidh.I even tried to speak to the Director but was told they 'are too busy for phone calls'... all they did was put the flat on Rightmove and try sell it with exorbitant agent fees on the market not at an Auction... why? Because they dont want to ruin their stats that they wax lyrical about to lure you in on the first place...What waste of time, energy & money.

This is the second property I have sold through Auction House Scotland and I have to say they were excellent on both occasions. Akash dealt with both and he is a joy to work with. Professional, helpful, friendly and always keeps you informed and updated. I have re-named him Akash Midas Touch! Totally recommend!
