Quality of food in caffe, way below recent standard. Food now served on paper plates, (full breakfast, warm and under cooked). Staff shortage evident in caffe and on checkout tills since recent changes.

Best store for miles! Huge selection of quality grocery products, fresh & frozen food, clothing, greeting cards, alcoholic beverages all at great prices, plus much more. The car park is huge, 24/7 petrol station, cafe, toilet facilities, everything you expect from a superstore usually found in larger towns. Highly recommended for all one's shopping needs!

Not enough staff. Recently moved everything around but not changed the sign postings so nobody knows where anything is... including the staff! Don't bother going on busy times such as weekends as you'll be queuing for nearly an hour. Prices are generally good though.

I am an OAP and went for the Soup and Roll and coffee for £1.00 We have no soup" said the assistant in the cafe. "Just the coffee for £1.00 in that case" I said . "The coffee is now full price as it is not served with the soup" the assistant said . WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH . I was going to do the weekly shop after a drink but back to Lidi . Well done "JOBSWORTH" ."

The range of products, own brand and other, never returned to pre COVID levels. The obsessive movement of shelf stock location indicates mental illness, or worse. As noted by many, the cafe is now an endurance test that I no longer take part in. The petrol prices are no longer the couple of pence a litre cheaper that they used to be. Great, convenient car park, free for four hours; and that's all this Asda is to me now.

The staff on the express check outs are obnoxious rude and patronising.A thread seems to run through all of the Asda staff at Asda Llandudno that customers should be treated and spoken to like dirt. I haven't come across one pleasant courteous happy member of staff at Asda Llandudno

I enter ASDA first when I visit Llandudno from Manchester, it’s humongous in size and you will get everything that you expect. after buying drinks, snacks and other needed staff I head to explore Llandudno, its a 4 hours free parking as well. If you hungry after a long drive you can also eat-in cheaply inside the cafe here, There is an Asda fuel station next which is cheaper compared to Manchester so fill the tank when you travel there, Overall one of my favourite Asda branch in the whole UK.

Have some very mixed reviews, café seriously needs some work doing to it long waiting periods but generally quite clean and well priced. The store aspect is good quite a lot of flys round the bakery section, not very good when they have fresh bread in the open.. but staff are kind and always happy to help.

What a shambles of a poop show. Passive aggressive agents on the phone and incompetent staff in store doing the picking. Last several orders they have screwed up and I am fed up They will substitute human food but not dog food even tho they have the same brand food in a different flavour and they just don't care as long as they can take your money. They take it fast enough but want you to wait for a refund what a joke. This was a monthly shop and our foods are low but they don't care cos they got the money which they will refund at some point. Good job we not in cost of living crisis .... o wait we are. Avoid this store it's useless.

It's gone down hill a lot in my estimation. A lot of empty shelves and storage baskets in aisles, clothing was messy and a very poor range of mens clothing in comparison to womens. My real complaint was about the toilets, dirty, paper all over the floor and sides of the toilet, one toilet didn't flush and the other was blocked. They hadn't been following any type of cleaning protocol. Shame really, it use to be good.
