Pumping & Drainage Systems

We recently had a packaged water treatment plant installed by Pumping & Drainage Systems and I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better team of people to deal with it.Drew and Abby supported with the initial query and all the relevant paperwork and certificates needed, then Dom and the team (Tom & John) went above and beyond to install the system along with new drains and soakaways (plus decommissioned and old septic tank) finishing just in time before an epic downpour!I cannot recommend these guy’s highly enough.

The office staff were very pleasant and helpful and arranged a visit from Alex for the next day. He did our sewage tank service and also established the problem with our rainwater pump. He phoned us the next day to check everything was ok and came out again, same day, to resolve an issue. Alex was skilled and professional and it was a pleasure to use this company. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

We had issues with our treatment plant & needed it emptying every 2 weeks.Was recommended to Pumping & Drainage Systems who arranged a prompt inspection & then professional proposal to repair the issues.The workman were hardworking, tidy & kept me updated on all aspects of the work.I cannot recommend this company enough as they are simply outstanding in every aspect………..

From quote to finish of work this company were wonderful. Abby in office sorted and organised all works and equipment and building notices etc with perfection( Dealing with councils and building officers is never easy). Alex and team who installed treatment plant did so with great respect and professionalism to garden and ourselves plus site left so tidy you would not know that diggers had been there. to work in such a tight space and do such a great job is simply wonderful, they took all the worry and hassle away from us.
