NIU Hull

Tony was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire decision making process of what model to buy. It was all very straight forward and so I was very happy when he personally delivered the scooter down to me and explained everything on my drive!

I ordered a scooter for home delivery and everything went smoothly. Communication was good and the delivery was really quick.Tony was very polite and friendly, I'm glad I've chosen this dealer.Needless to say, I couldn't be happier to have gone electric :)

They are a great team and provide a very professional and friendly service. They definitely go above and beyond. They specialise in electric bikes and they definitely have the best choice of premium bikes at an affordable price. Electric bikes are a forward thinking decision so don't be put off by the new price ticket because you can't buy used electric bikes yet. Electric bikes are not just clean on the planet but they are definitely less hassle to maintain. No oil, no fuel, no exhaust etc etc.

We bought a Niu scooter for my boys birthday from Peter and Tony at Niu Hull about 2 weeks ago. We were all very impressed with the professional but friendly attitude and approach. No sales pressure to buy and I think on our visit to the shop Peter must have spent well over an hour answering our questions and showing us the bikes.Everything that was needed to be sorted by them was done, payment was painless and as soon as received Peter confirmed this via email.Delivered as agreed without a hitch by Tony who showed the bike to our son again. and went through the controls. Loving the bike, its great fun, silent and nippy, the whole process was superb, painless and quick. The two guys were very patient and explained all the nuances of electric bikes whilst never being pushy, they were very honest about which bikes would suit my needs and which would not.. Lovely showroom, well worth a visit just to understand electric bikes more. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I decided to investigate the purchase of a small electric scooter but needed something with a high seat and settled on an NIU UQI GT.I don't have a NIU dealer close to me so I called NIU Hull. The staff are very friendly, helpful and not the pushy sales types. They clearly know the products and provided me with lots of technical detail on the bike. I went to the store and although it was a 150 mile round trip it was worth it. The shop is very well laid out and nicely designed ( I would go as far to say in almost 48 years of riding it was the best looking shop I have visited). Motorcycle stores can be a bit intimidating when buying small capacity bikes but this is not the case at NIU Hull. They do have quicker vehicles , but everything fits in the overall concept.During the visit, again very helpful, friendly and professional.. They explained the deal and it was all sorted. They delivered the bike for a minimum fee and they kept me informed of progress during the order process.Would I use them again? Yes. Would I recommend them? Yes. Don't take my word for it, give them a try.The bike performs as they said and is an ideal short run town commuter. It's not the fastest thing on two wheels but it makes me smile. I forgot how much fun riding at this speed could be

100% satisfied with my shopping experience with them. My order arrived to Spain only in a few days after shipment, and the quality of the product was really great, better than expected. Support from the shop was continous since the package left UK till the arrival in Spain, always in touch with me through different emails. 100% recommended.

I couldn't be happier with Niu moped. The whole customer experience from start to finish was excellent. Tony was very polite and helpful with my purchase. Really happy with Niu Hull & Tony - I had an issue with storage for the scooter, so Tony very kindly brought one up(50 miles one way!!) so I could check if it fitted in the area. It did so I bought - there was an tech issue with the braking before delivery, but like all professional people this was explained in a timely manner and a few alternatives offered. So after a small delay Tony delivered free of charge my GTS Pro! It is a great scooter and I love it - I can't praise NIU hull enough, no pressure, excellent communication and a great product - Thanks

Brought my electric moped last year a couple off issues have come up only small problems but the guys have been brilliant faultless service very happy customer and definitely would use again.
