Tom at M.K. Floortec gave me fine services and in really good time. As a helpless millenial, I was already looking at new machines - after my handheld Dyson had stopped charging properly four days prior. On a whim, I looked for vacuum repair shops in the area and gave this place a go. I thought 'a quick service and repair has got to be better than dropping £250 on a new model'. As it happens, I saved myself a fair penny. Tom offered a free diagnostic service on the vacuum cleaner and was able to fit a new battery within two days! I will never be so quick to abandon my appliances again. Fantastic service!

I called in today for advice on both Dyson and Sebo cleaners. Tom was fantastic - whilst the shop itself is crowded, the atmosphere is relaxed and unhurried. Tom patiently showed me around my inherited Sebo and how to get better results. Will definitely be back when I need bags/spares or if any problems - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thanks, Tom

Absolutely great customer service. Even before visiting, they kindly explained what problems might be. When I brought Dyson hoover, they quickly checked and fixed it with very reasonable price. Highly recommend this great shop to everyone. Thank you so much for your super great service!! I don't have to worry to look for another shop to fix my machine any more in the future. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing service!Took our 12-year old Henry in after it suddenly stopped working. Delivered it at 3pm on a Thursday - it was fixed & ready for pickup by lunchtime the next day. In fact, I received the call letting me know the diagnosis and cost before I even arrived home on Thursday.Super fast and super friendly. Can't recommend MK highly enough.We now have once again a Happy Henry!

Contacted this great family run business to see if theyCould help with a new hose for my 30yr old Hoover(Pre European law,high power) that I use for work as a self employed joiner,I really did not want a new Hoover as mine is so good at cleaning up any mess I make in peoples houses and seems to like to be used and abused,unfortunately it’s a odd fitment and after a lot of searching they could not find one to fit,but instead of giving up they found different parts that I could use to modify it to accept readily available hoses and dust bags giving it a new lease of life.nothing was to much trouble,super friendly and went above and beyond for the amount of money I was charged.It’s company’s like this that make Britain great,please use and support this shop you will not be disappointed.Much obliged Ben

Best Hoover shop, I’d recommend this one, got some decent hoovers and good advice from the staff. I also was given help regarding getting my Dyson fixed and how to get a new battery from my warranty with. Argos and Dyson hoovers. They said it would be difficult to get anything out of them and they were right. I did however. Some great hoovers here and we’ve had hovers fixed here. Great service and products. Thank you.

Great Service.Had a blockage in my vacuum cleaner.Dropped it off and literally within two hours had a call to say it was ready to collect. Reasonable prices and very friendly family run business.Definately recommend and will use this business again.Thank you so much.

I took my Henry vacuum cleaner to them. Only about 30 minutes, they called me back, said already fixed. How quick is the service. And they only charge 15 pound, with a new rubbish bag free. Very good service.fair price.
