I contacted Pip Lockout Locksmith because my front door stopped locking and I couldn’t secure my property.I called at 1600, he arrived by 1620 and had diagnosed the problem by 1630. Unfortunately he did not have a spare mechanism on his van that fit my door, but understanding I had a young family he went above and beyond to source one that night.Pip was polite and friendly over the phone and in person. He was punctual with arriving at the property on both occasions, with completing the required works and sending out the invoice. Pip’s work was to a high, professional standard and the work came in on the quoted price. He was also very clean and tidy and you would not even know he had been once the repair was completed. I would highly recommend Pip and I will be using him for any future work required on my property and have already recommended him to friends.

Needed an emergency call out on a Sunday as our lock was broken and we were locked outside - Phillip answered immediately, arrived quickly and was so lovely and calmed us down in what was a stressful situation. Quick and efficient. Absolutely can’t recommend him enough.

Pip absolutely saved the day for us when we couldn’t remove one of the wheel locks from our caravan, he came out on his day off, fixed the problem promptly allowing us to go on our short break. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again should the need arise. 5*

The old lock on our door wouldn’t unlock one morning, (turns out it was well overdue being replaced anyway) we have just brought our first home and wasn’t sure who to call. We called Pip and he was there within 30 minutes. Very professional and made us feel like we were in safe hands. He talked us through the whole process and ensured we would feel safe in our home.
