Absolutely delighted with the service from Furniture Clinic. This is the second time I have used them and their service is fantastic.The entire procedure from booking, meeting with Craig the assessor, collection, return and most importantly the reconditioning of the suite have all been first class.Would recommend without hesitation and the cost is very reasonable.

Love the leather edge paint from here wide range of colours goes on beautifully and doesn't rub off. Just ordered another batch to match the leathers I have in stock.Always fast delivery

Furniture Clinic Contracted to replace Leather Seating and 1 arm with New Green Leather Hide on 2 Suites and were supposed to colour match remaining leather to the New Leather. After numerous delays and problems suites delivered. After several days seating peeling , they had actually sprayed colourant onto whole suites.Two failed repairs later there solution is to keep calling out and respray the Seating which as mentioned should have came from supplier ready finished and the rest of suites colour matched to it. I've owned several suites and no leather has ever peeled mabye scratched or scuffed in time but never peeled.

Mickey Mouse outfit, Went down with a small oak table top with a crack in it. The lad said he didn't know and he would have to see the boss and that the boss would ring me back that afternoon! I said that is fine As it happened he did not ring me back and I had to go back to retrieve the table top at 2pm the next day. The boss this time was in and was ignorant and arrogant and asked me what was it that I wanted to achieve!! This was a basic repair for a woodworker!! As it was the guy that did the wood finishing!! wasn't there in fact he just rang him when he needs something doing!! Joke customer service and a arrogant man!

Fab products and pricesMy Husband and I visited the factory yesterday as we lived close by and wanted to ask if the restoration kit was the right product to use on our scratched leather sofa. We were met by Duncan who looked at the photo's of the scratched sofa we had on our mobile phones and he looked at the swatch of leather we had taken. Duncan was very knowledgeable about his products and advised what the best product/s would be. We can't wait to get to work with the products we bought and restore the look of our sofa. We have previously bought the balm from Furniture Clinic years ago for a previous sofa which was faded with age and it worked perfectly. We would recommend anyone not to hesitate to contact the company for advice as they are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Very helpful visited the factory for advice . After they matched a sample they talked me through the application. Could not be more happy my sofa is as good as new. A wonderful product.

The leather repair kit is brilliant and so easy to use. The end result was an undetectable repair. The chair looked brand new. Delivery was a bit slow but staff on the switchboard were extremely helpful.

I used these people, they told me my £5000 corner suite that had bleached done to the sun could be recoloured, for £500. They took it away for 3 weeks and returned it when I wasn't there, and took £700 from my wife! (Off on a bad foot)The repair was ok, but then a few months later, it started to come off. After many calls the manager came out and agreed it wasn't good, then told me that had a trainee paint it!! So he agreed to take it away again. It came back much better. Then 8 weeks later it's peeling again but much worse. The suite is now ruined, and all they tell me to do is call the head office!!!!!!This is what you get after instructing these people.TERRIBLE......USE THEM IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR FURNITURE!!!!!!!

8 minutes agoAvoid at all costs. Furniture Clinic product is covered in coloured  film which peels off at the slightest touch. Most reputable firms dye and use real leather then seal it , it lasts for years.This FRANCHISED company has ruined my furniture.Hmm Craig Cavannagh believes I'm same person as another reviewer .I think i found who hes on about as I scrolled down and saw the reviewers post but this other person has been refunded by Credit Company against Furniture Clinic where Furniture Clinic say different.Can't even get that one right if thats who hes on about.Never the Companies fault in the case of FC, if a problem arises always the emphasis is put on the customer.Slander is only slander by the way if its untrue.Craig has actually made a slanderous remark against that reviewer and myself.
