Smartheat London was able to answer all my questions about my broken boiler. The free quote was carefully explained and several options were given to me without any pressure. The job was booked in a short amount of time and the engineer was on time and carried out the job without much disruption. I’ve had engineers come before that made me feel slightly uncomfortable with constant phone calls but this wasn’t the case with Smartheat London. I will definitely book with them in the future and recommend them to those with any heating and plumbing issues.

Chris and his crew installed a new combi boiler at my house and performed a conversion from the old vented system (with the water tank in the loft) to the modern unvented system. The quality of the work they did is absolutely fantastic and they carried it out in a timely fashion, while being tidy, clean and mindful of my property. I would recommend SmartHeat London with no reservation. They do truly impressive work at a great price.
