Absolutely gorgeous honey, lovely flavour, used every morning at breakfast. Delivery was so quick as well. Thank you, will order again in the future. This is our second order one if the best honeys we have tasted...... Would recommend to anyone who loves tasty Heather honey.

Visited in September and bought a few bottles of sparkling mead and a jar of the wildflower honey with added pollen. OMG I’m obsessed with this honey. It’s delicious. Thanks for the candkes. They arrived promptly and well and sustainably wtapoed in paper and cardboard (very good!). They burn well and have a clean and understated natural smell. I love your patterned pillar candles and will probably gift some for Christmas

One of only two or three companies we have found who offer near native British black bee queens. We have been ordering our queens from Northumberland Honey for dinner time now.The delivery experience is always perfect, they tend to arrive around midday with ample time to install the queens on the day.We have just installed the latest Queen we have received and have yet to check if she has settled in alright. Pollen is now arriving at the door so it's a good sign but inspection will tell us for sure if she is doing well.The website is easy to use and communication following an order is great. These days I judge that by the fact that just the right amount of emails are sent as so many companies now send a few too many emails following an order.Thank you for the great experience and 'products' you provide.

Products perfectly packaged arrived quickly. We have had products from Luke and Suzie before and they are unusual something a little different and really nice. I would defiantly recommend them and we will buy again at sometime soon….

Beautiful candles. Great value and the ordering process was simple and easy. Excellent service and the delivery went smoothly too. Just perfect! These candles are for a memorial service, so it was especially important to me that all went well with the order. I havn't tried lighting them yet, but I'm sure that'll go well too! Thank you. My only piece of constructive feedback would be to encourage you to make an even larger size candle. (I had to go elsewhere for the third biggest candle.)

After reading about the company, decided I would like to support them by placing an order for 2 pillar candles. Th delivery stated 1-2 working days, and did not arrive as expected, so I emailed for an update. Luke replied almost immediately with a solid explanation and reassurance the order would arrive. It arrived the next day. I am really impressed by the quality of the product, and the way it was packaged, beautifully wrapped - it is clear they care about the product they make, and the service they offer. 5 Stars for Luke. Great customer service, and lovely candles which went down very well by the gift recipient. I had forgotten to add a gift note so despite the order being parcelled up and ready to go ( within 24hrs!) I called the company more in hope than anything, and Luke very kindly added the personal note for me, despite having to reopen the box and then repack it again. Very impressive service and hugely appreciated. Will definitely shop here again very soon.
