Place has gone down massively. I’ve seen friendly atmospheres in a graveyard. Staff seem more interested in gossiping with each other than actually engaging with customers. Pastries seemed to be half their normal size, not fresh and tasteless. Will avoid coming here in the future.

Really nice little bakery in the heart of the Victoria shopping center. We ordered a chocolate hazelnut cookie, a very berry pastry, and cappuccino. Service is pretty quick and there is lots of seating available.

It’s a busy location and in a very commercial area so I do understand than a very large branch of a big chain might not be perfect. The baristas made it very clear that ‘they only made coffee’ by pointedly ignoring people who tried to ask for directions/a cup of water. If they had paid as much attention to making coffee as they did on ignoring people I’d get it but the coffee was not very good either so go figure. Food was fine, pastry was a bit flat and the open rye salmon had a weird bit of gristle?? that was not ideal but can’t fault the rest of it. Atmosphere, there is none.

The counter staff is really nice. Ordered a cinnamon roll which is really good. Coffee was so-so and the staff that was making the coffee was really rude. Told us we were on the wrong side, told him we have ordered and staff said to wait here. No apologies whatsoever.

I've walked past this place many times while visiting London but never been in until today . Such a lovely place with a lovely atmosphere. Such a range of lovely fresh baked treats . I have such a sweet tooth so I decide to try the chocolate bun and then ended up going for what I really wanted which was the chocolate swirl tart . But taster amazing and totally worth the price !! Staff were friendly and ever so polite . Will defo visit again and try other things on the menu most probably the breakfast and bunch

The best thing is the location and outdoor seats.Disappointed! There was a brochure presented outside -Blackcurrant Slice + any regular hot drink- , but the cashier acted ignorant about it.! And instead she give us another offer.. She was not interested to serve and help us even though she knew that we are tourists.The black coffee 5/10.Carrot muffin 6/10Chocolate muffin 6/10Cappuccino 4/10Of course not recommended

Came here twice yesterday. Unfortunately the messed up both of our orders. The first time we missed an item and the second time we got completely different buns. So check your bag, especially if your not just by yourself (we were 5).Food is tasty, but most is well overpriced.The hot chocolate is great (especially compared with other bakeries/cafés) and the vegan social slice is superb

Beautiful fresh pastries! Bit more expensive than your usual danish etc but worth it. The Cinnamon Social is super tasty...had to buy a 2nd to takeaway! Coffee is great here too. (Cinnamon Social is in the picture attached)

Some pastries are delicious. Counter service is great, and staff are kind and quick. Table service is very slow, though. Empty tables remain dirty for some time, making it difficult for new patrons to sit. Upstairs is a lovely space but need air-conditioning immediately; at the moment, it’s like a sauna. A good vegan selection as well.
