This has been the worst retail experience I have ever had, by quite some way.I spent over £1000 on a laptop. I needed this as I am studying programming.There were problems with the laptop and it was sent in for repair. This took hours of phone calls to arrange. It came back with one of two issues fixed but the other not. There was now a new problem too.It was sent in a second time and came back unfixed.I have had to spend over 12 hours on the phone so far. It has been hugly disruptive to my studies and is causing me a lot of stress and anxiety and is having a negitive inpact on my health. I am told there are no managers to speak to, you can request a call back, which i have done twice but I have never recived a call back. They also ignore my emails.I would recommend that anyone avoid buying from HP, the customer service is useless, the way they treat people who spend a lot of money on their products in nothing short of discusting. There are thousands of reviews on trust pilot with an avarage rating of 1 star due to the poor service from HP.I am now in contact with consumer watchdogs and hoping to make this very public so others can be aware of the common issues with HP before thinking about buying a product from them.

I bought 3 laptop in 2020 for my business and it has been the worse experience. All 3 laptops are brokenThe experience with the 3year care plan is just shocking : I reported an issue the expensive laptop (HP Zbook) that sometimes it takes days to switch one.They sent a local support who replaced the Motherboard but the issue continued. Then they sent another local support who replaced the battery but he realised this was not the issue and my laptop.Basically the local support (who is an independent worker and not an expert) made my laptop stopped working for good.HP now claimed that my care plan plan expired. They sent me a quotation of £500 to fix it but they don't know what is the issue. The last local support thinks maybe one of the cable is not working. They did not know how to fix the issue while it was under care plan and send me a quotation after the care plan expired. But the issue was made worse after their intervention under the care plan.Before, laptop would switch on eventually but after the HP intervention the Zbook stopped working completely. I was shocked by HP experience.Now I bought a brand new Surface from Microsoft and will get data transferred from Z book.I advise any business to avoid HP at all cost. I'm very happy with Surface laptop and Microsoft support that used in a previous job.HP should rated -5*

Rang at 9.44 today to ask for details of 2 in 1 laptop details to be sent, so that I could purchase. Chris Green sent details/quote. I then rang back to place an order. Hell from there on. He didn't bother to call back or email. Then I rang again. His colleagues said he was on a comfort break and couldn't take an order as it was already quoted by him. I rang again. He still didn't call back. I called five times and emailed five times. Still no reply. I rang head office as on Google a London Number. It directed me to Indonesia!! They couldn't help. redirected me Technical support, then to a sales agent in Tunisia, a girl called Soha working from home. She also couldn't help. After 30 mins on phone. She said just call the same number again. She didn't have HQ number only for California or Texas. What absolutely useless service. It's now been three hours since my original call. I can't believe to imagine how many sales they lose as a result of such poor service.

Completely and utterly useless. It is a shame as some of their printers are actually quite good but they couldn't care less about their customers. If any organisation wants a lesson in how to alienate their customers just try dealing with this lot! You have to give a star before you can log a comment! Believe me, they don't deserve a star.

I told my wife and others that HP was the best. I have suffered as has my wife, so the less we put up with being ripped off the better. So anyway, I buy a printer for home and school for my wife and I and wouldn't you know it, they have this sign up for monthly subscription service and have ink sent to you before you run out but.I again assumed it was a good thing. But no. Instead we get charged like clock work but the printer doesn't work like a clock nor do cartridges get sent to us as a result. Call support? Of course! They don't answer. Then the printer begins really falling apart. So we buy another printer. A Canon which works perfectly. But guess what. I can't cancel the HP for nothing. But they have no problem charging us perfectly. It's only 6.44. It's the principle. Anyway, HP makes great PCs I just will no longer trust them as far as printers go.Oh and when I finally get the charges stopped and everything canceled I get an IMMEDIATE email on the 9th saying: quote... You can continue using the subscription cartridge until January 02

HP printer problems. Rang the number and was put through to a member of the team Javeriy. She was incredibly helpful and patient. After 2 hours of trying she finally got my printer to work. It was not the primer at fault, it was my windows 10 computer as my laptop printed fine. Thank you for such first class service.

I have been using HP printers for at least 25 years and have always received excellent service. The service of late is terrible. I cancelled an order for a printer a day after purchase and to my amazement it arrived four days later. I have spent hours on the phone and emailing trying to get it collected .No one at HP is interested. Customer Service does not exist with this company these Days. Frederick Wall
