Ordered items back in March, I have received half of my order and I am still waiting on the rest of it.Communication is really poor as are the lack of updates.

Placed two orders in July. Never received the goods and I have been in contact to get them re-issued as the football season has now started. Here we are in the last week of October ...3 months and still waiting for goods. Have requested a full refund via email and have not had a response. Terrible customer service as covid19 was used as one excuse, I didn't buy that excuse as a team member has kit they had ordered after me. Very disappointed, no kit and no refund and no continuing communication on ts3 part.

Placed an order and paid all seemed fine, I was waiting for the parcel to be delivered, 7 days later they emailed to say they didn't have any stock!A whole week ....WHAT A JOKE

No sign of my order 4 weeks of waiting for literally two items , ignoring my emails requesting a delivery date …….very poor customer service …..think very carefully about using them
