This place is amazing! They give you little fun tea/coffee facts and are so kind and welcoming!!I don’t typically write reviews, but this place deserves it 110%They ask you what kind of teas you like and then let you smell it to see if you like it. They even gave me a free Welsh cake latte (which was amazing)If you’re walking past this place, go there as you’ll always walk out with the drink of your dreams.The teas they make match the title perfectly. I loved the taste of the red velvet and chocolate digestive tea, which were also free samples!! They even gave me 2 free tea bags!All in all, go here. Definitely the best tea place in wales!!

Love it in here. The people are really lovely, always happy to help, happy to let you try, smell and enjoy the different teas. Great place to hang out. However, they did switch venues and now have little to no seating area which makes it a little less good but still an amazing place.

This place is absolutely beautiful!They have the cutest little shop with too many teas to try!From spiced, to herbal to greenThe prices are extremely good and they have a really great, helpful set of staff who are passionate and friendly! If you like or a relaxing sit down this is the place!This is going to be a regular place for me while I'm in Cardiff!

One of my best ever customer service experiences. The staff on this rainy Saturday were fantastic. She made an excellent oat milk pumpkin spice latte and gave it to me for free. I was and still am staggered by this gesture. Really warm and welcoming place and I'll be back in the future

What an amazing place! Went to a tea blending workshop! LOVED it! Would highly recommend it if you living or visiting Cardiff. Will definitely be visiting it more regularly as you can go and enjoy a new and varied tea drinking experience.

A fantastic shop - so much to choose from, including some truly exotic blends that I've come across nowhere else. The ideal Christmas grotto, really.The two hosts - Sarah and Felix - could not have been more helpful nor more charming; a big thanks to both!!

We visited for a tea-blending experience and had a brilliant time at Bird and Blend. We learned about different types of tea, tried all sorts of blends, including matcha, and got to make our own blends of tea to take home. I am also now a huge fan of tea lattes! Georg and Yonder were awesome. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone if you love tea, or if you want to learn more about it.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had! Sara-Jane talked me through the ins and outs of matcha, showed me how to make a matcha latte properly, and even gave me a bit of a history lesson about how Bird & Blend came to be. Clearly very knowledgeable and passionate! Will definitely be visiting again.

We had a really lovely time at a private hen do workshop (2.5 hours) at the Cardiff Bird and Blend branch on a Saturday night in mid April. All the staff involved were wonderful. I reached out to Bird and Blend to organise a private hen do tea tasting and blending workshop. Rhiannon was amazing with organising everything as the central point of contact, and patient with me every step of the way from explaining pricing and workshops to which shops to contact. Everything was transparent and there were no surprise charges. At the time, I didn’t know which city we would go to, given the bridal party were spread across the UK, but Rhiannon was patient with me while I waited for the bridal party to fill in a survey. We made a top three shops list, and Rhiannon was amazing in liaising with the shop managers.Once we decided on Cardiff, Rhiannon worked with the shop manager, Georg, to sort out details. They were both so lovely and kindly agreed to customise the workshop to make it more interactive - with a shorter introduction to tea and including one tea-based cocktail making component (I chose a cocktail from their mixology workshop lists to fit my knowledge of the bride’s preferences). We were so grateful and everyone really enjoyed it. SJ and Yonder were our hosts on the day. They were very proactive in asking about accessibility requirements and allergies, and SJ went above and beyond to propose and facilitate a separate cocktail making session for someone in our group with an allergy, so everyone was accommodated for and happy. And the bride got a complimentary pouch of the wedding cake tea.We were all super pleased with the event, and a lot of tea was bought on the night. I have received lots of positive feedback from all in the bridal party about the activity and how lovely SJ and Yonder were on the night. It came up again in the wedding speeches!I 100% recommend arranging this for a someone who is getting married who is into tea or tea and cocktails. They also do mocktails for those who are not into cocktails.
