A great place for local school uniforms. Plenty of choice and great help from very pleasant staff. An excellent place to get uniform.

Super Rude staff members for literally no valid reasons. Went there twice and similar behaviours.

VERY helpful, friendly staff. They ordered a uniform not stocked in their branch and will inform me when it arrives for collection also in their branch. Saves me a trip to Glengormley branch. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! Thank you so very much!!!!

Was told school cardigans for my particular school would be in stock in a few days I went back to buy them to be told by rude female member of staff all cardigans should be ordered as their back to school orders had been fulfilled with their stockists and that they get loads of boxes of stock, like I am meant to know how this shop orders from stockists etc and no offer to try to get me sorted out, but guy in shop told me to call in and they would be in the shop no mention of orders payment or anything I shop elsewhere now and save money as school days is expensive, pity as I used to shop here year in year out never again

GREAT PRICES.Bought a secondary school blazer at the new, bigger Holywood road branch.This blazer was selling for £95 in Gowdys...although they were going to reduce it to £86.School Days sold me the same Whites" polyester blazer

Terrible customer service and bad quality school shoes. I bought 2 pairs of different school shoes and after a few weeks they both started falling apart. After 4 weeks of wear I tried to return them to the shop and I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. The sole of the first pair of shoes was peeling away. The manager reluctantly agreed replace these however she refused to replace the second pair as these were 'in such bad condition'. They were literally falling apart. I made the point that surely school shoes should not be in such bad condition after 4 weeks of wear and should be fit for purpose. She tried to say my child must be very hard on shoes (even though I normally buy Clark's and they last the whole year). I talked to Trading Standards Service who agreed I should have been entitled to a replacement within the first 6 months. I had to bin the shoes and buy a new pair. Shocked at how I was treated. Will never be back.

Very helping as I wanted something embroidered.

Terrible customer service but its ok when your handing them hundreds of your money will not be back the ignorance in that shop was ridiculous!!
