Replace Base

Have used these a few times now but my last order arrived with a faulty iPhone 7 screen ribbon damaged on arrival, spoke to customer services and was told to order a second at my expense and they would look into a refund on receipt of the faulty item, I ordered a second screen and guess what that was also damaged in the exact same place. Now £50 out of pocket.

Purchased an iphone 6 battery, camera lens and a new screen for a iphone 11. I paid for dx next day delivery and it arrived next day as should of no delays. Really good company to use if you need parts quick and really good quality not cheap nasty parts! Found my new supplier!

Don't use replaceable!!!!! I bought a screen and it was broken and they refused to send me a label nor pay for the shippingI found myself with more than 500euro paid for a broken an Item!

i use this company as my first choice for mobile phone parts now delivery is very fast and parts are always top quality! The customer service is second to none they are more than happy to offer advice too.As with so many manufacturers now some models of phone have many variations, this company unlike many others will make sure the item is right for your needs.i never have an problems with parts being faulty or damaged but even if there was i know i would have no issues with customer service making things right .in my opinion its the go to place if you want to buy a part in a hurry and need to be sure of the quality.

Ordered 2 lots of pcb’s for DJI Mavic controllers. Received the parts very quickly. Wrapped in bubble wrap and in very secure packaging. Top company.Very satisfied and won’t hesitate to buy from them again

I ordered a few items to fix a broken dualshock 4. The parts were cheap, delivery was fast, and when I realized I forgot to add one item to the order I contacted them via email. Response was very quick (under 2h) and they told me to make a new order for the item I forgot and they would refund the shipping. I did, they did, so I am very happy! Great service!

I ordered a replacement screen for my phone and when it arrived, which was very promptly, I discovered I had ordered the wrong screen. I emailed customer support and they were extremely helpful and quick to reply, with all the relevant information to help me correct my own mistake. They emailed me when regarding the refund of the initial product, when it had been returned, so I was able to purchase the correct screen as soon as possible. I don't ever leave reviews but the customer support was top notch, they deserve the five stars.

If you are running a business, you cannot use this company, you will go bust !I ordered some parts on Thursday, 13th of October, and paid for next day delivery! it was a hefty charge, compared to Repair Outlet and other suppliers we use daily. This morning Saturday the 15th of October I received another notification, saying my order will be delivered on Monday, the 17th of October !So much for next day delivery from this Company.Imagine if you had to return something what will happen with them !Avoid this set up. They are not what they claim to be.
