It's alright it needs a bit more variety of shoes and coats also more baby clothes!

Items thrown into a bag with no care. Staff member seemed like she was forced to work or didnt get her chicken and chips fix. A little bit of good customer service goes a long way. Sort yourselves out.

Typical store… although it’s not easy to find window displayed stock in the store…. Went in to purchase a dress I’d seen a few weeks ago, couldn’t be bothered to schlep around the store, particularly as I was with my son and I feel almost the breath of a security guard on the nape of my neck. Yes if you are black-you will be racially profiled and followed!!! As I hate shopping in claustrophobic and racially profiling shops of this kind I requested assistance from a sales assistant. Most helpful lady, who also found it difficult to locate a current display dress and one I had previously seen. Throughout the time we were both trying to locate these dresses and walked across the store, the security guard followed us and asked us “can I help you?” and “what’s wrong?” Even after I responded with a sarcastic facial expression whilst saying “stay in your lane and watch out for thieves” this did not stop him. Later heard confirmation I had been profiled. When leaving the store, the security guard was just dying to say something, and made some comment about my son, who’d been wondering in the store whilst I had been shopping. I ignored this ignoramous, but heard someone describe me by the clothes I had been wearing over his walk-in talkie. BLACK PEOPLE OF LUTON do not shop in this store, if you wish to have a pleasant experience-buy elsewhere or online! This store should suffer revenue losses for contracting to engage the services of a racist security firm!

We waited for 20 mins to get served. There was staff, but they walked off, leaving 1 person at the till who was serving a customer who had a lot of items. Many people behind me queuing seemed to be annoyed, too.

One of the nicer branches of H&M. Looks tidy, spacious areas and nice staff too. There are always plenty of different options that you wouldn't see at Harrow for example.

This is a great store. Well laid out but seems under staffed. Had to wait looking for someone to attend every time.

This store has seen a fairly recent change in management after the previous manager was moved to a far more successful branch. The replacement has not only bullied their staff, but also targeted customers, including myself. Until they are removed, the store will continue to post significant losses compared to before. Unacceptable and unlawful behaviour from the store manager shouldn’t go unnoticed, and should have repercussions.

Same as other H&M, less crowded mostly so you enjoy your shopping time here.
