A perfect place to taste the typical fish&chips.Great fish. Very large portions (thank goodness the guy who served us warned us to ask for less).Nice and friendly.Totally recommended!

Best fish and chips away from the seaside I have had. Batter light and crispy. Not too thick. Fish was fluffy and cooked to perfection. Chips were great. Have now been a few times and got the same consistency and service. Thank you.

Proper fish & chip shop… batter was top notch, crispy & very light. Chips are crispy too, nice size.The guy was very professional & friendly. Best fish & chips I’ve had in a long time, very happy to have them in our town!

Skipper's Fish & Chips
Food was good but knocking off a couple of points as they forgot 1 portion of cod. So ended up having 2 split 1 cod and 2 chips between 2 people. Really annoying mistake and I had to call up and push a couple of times to get the refund. For £4 they could also be more generous on the chips. Genuinely didn’t think we got that many especially since they were meant to be large portions.

First time visit. The shop is clean, has a great menu with lots of choice. The staff are lovely, and it's so nice to hear a manager speaking so well to their staff. Everything was made promptly and fresh. The food was delicious!!! Generous portions and food value. The manager even offered to help with the bag as i use a crutch, so thoughtful!! Unfortunately my sausage was missing from the order, but that was probably distraction of the carnival procession :)

Skipper's Fish & Chips
This shop is what Malmesbury has needed for a very long time... An actual fish and chip shop! The servers are new and so still learning the ropes, but very polite and friendly. The food truly is excellent. The very best in the area. Freshly cooked to perfection, their fish and chips are hot and flavoursome. There's always a queue - due to the shops' own success, so be prepared for a little wait! Very much worth it though!!

Skipper's Fish & Chips
This is a great addition to Malmesbury's food outlets. The fish and chips we had were excellent, fresh, perfectly cooked to order and very tasty. Nothing was too greasy and the batter was lovely and crisp all over. The restaurant was beautifully clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I can highly recommend it.

The manager/owner is so lovely! Remembered who i was, lovely staff, clean, fresh, and incredible food! Such a smashing place to join our little town. The halloumi fries are incredible!

Skipper's Fish & Chips
Without a doubt the best fish & chips in the area (and we have tried most). We wouldn’t go anywhere else now that Skipper’s has opened. The haddock was extremely fresh. Everything was served piping hot, generously portioned and the service received was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
