I visited the store on Thursday and was served by Caitlyn. She helped us find the item we needed at a great price . She was also really helpful and informed us of other products we could purchase they had available. I think her customer service skill are brilliant and we felt she had all the time to give us . I would hope the company can recognise a great member of the team they have there .

I've been using this shop to buy, sell & borrow from since it opened and it's by far the best shop in Southampton for it. The staff are well trained, very knowledgeable, polite, professional and friendly, they know about all the products and can answer nearly all questions, if they can't they will go out of their way to find the answer. The items they sell are always great quality and reasonably priced and when buying from you they will do what they can to give you the best price/deal. I love this shop as much for the great staff as the great products & prices!

Excellent customer service from Tom, the man is a true and honest salesman who will suggest better alternatives to your needs if required and will go the extra mile to answer any product questions you have. Terry was also very personable and let Tom step out and help me with my large purchase to the car, showing the team really do care for their customers. I highly rate this store and its staff.
