A rip-off and dishonest person took double the payment due, we didn't know until we checked our online banking statement. BP should vet there service providers properly and get rid of the vermin working there.

Nice, quick, and spacious forecourt.Shame that the price per litre is around 40p more than what it is at smaller garages. It was expected as it was a motorway service

Shockingly bad toilets. Not been cleaned in years.Hi Camila, I did bring it to the attention of the on-site staff today. I said that your toilets are consistently in a terrible state and that there was urine all over the walls and floor. The staff member said that it wasn’t the staff who piss on the walls and the floor.

Expensive fuel and one of the most disgusting toilets I've ever seen, needs to be condemned.The Starbucks machine is pretty good though, especially with the option for blonde beans.It's quicker than visiting the main services so good if you're in a rush

Only one hgv pump working for the last weekThe toilets have been out of use for months but somehow they're allowed to still serve foodIf you get fuel on your hands THERE'S NO WAY TO WASH IT OFF , the staff only inform you that the nearest washroom is in the main building,

Stoped here for bathroom break and was disgusted with the filthy toilets. Very unhygienic smelled and lacked soap.
