I found holistic house by accident and as soon as I walked in it felt right. It has an air of love and of people who love what they doIt was inviting I was just enquiring about Pilates as I have had a new knee and some movement is difficult and ended up booking the next months worth of 1:1 sessions.Banu is kind, caring and very approachable works at your pace to help you do your best. I am a Pilates novice but love it this is because of how Banu teaches and caresThank you

Lovely shop with some amazing items for sale (incense, essential oils, books, plants, self care products and items for meditation and yoga), with an gorgeous Pilates/meditation room upstairs. Overall just a lovely calming space.

Holistic House is what Skipton has always needed/ been missing. Banu’s 1to1 Pilates sessions held here are nothing short of perfection. I always leave feeling relaxed, happy and so much stronger (Banu also offers 2to1 and group sessions in mat and reformer Pilates if you are wanting to get started on your own Pilates journey). Bethan (Roots of Tolos) has also created such a wonderful space with the gorgeous shop and mindful zones downstairs. I can highly recommend this quaint, safe and welcoming space! Xx
